The new Mambourin Marketplace opened in September 2025 at 36 Delama Boulevard, Mambourin 3024. That’s a 5-8 minute drive from Manor Lakes. The centre has many restaurants with different food options: fried chicken, sushi, noodles, subs, Indian street food, and Filipino-style burgers. There’s also an outdoor plaza with a playground, free parking, and charging stations for electric cars.

Flappy's Fried Chicken - Louisiana crunch, first in Victoria

Have you tried Aussie’s all-time favourite Flappy's Fried Chicken? Come to Flappy’s and try their smoky, peppery, spicy Louisiana-style chicken that’s halal-certified. Their best-sellers are their crispy signature tenders and buttermilk fried chicken served with your choice of sauces. There’s also a kids’ menu for your young ones.

Fun fact: there’s only two Flappy’s in the whole of Victoria. Flappy’s comes from New South Wales and opened its first Victoria restaurant in Mambourin Marketplace, right next to Manor Lakes and Wyndham Vale.
